New pain relief method now available at Laser Dermatology
Laser Dermatology is now able to offer stronger pain relief with the use of a medical-grade inhaled analgesic agent. This is the same pain-relief medicine used by the Metropolitan Ambulance. It is particularly useful when treating large tattoos. The medical-grade inhaled analgesic agent is self-administered through the inhaler, meaning that the person taking the medicine uses the inhaler themselves. However, they are always monitored by a registered nurse who has been trained to administer the drug. The drug causes drowsiness and may impair one's ability to drive a car. Patients who have the analgesic agent at Laser Dermatology must wait at least 30 minutes before driving home.
